1. Shipping Methods

We currently offer shipping across India through reliable courier partners. Available shipping options include:

Standard Delivery:
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Express Delivery (if available):
Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days. Additional charges may apply.

Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email once your order is shipped.

2. Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available in selected locations. Additional COD charges may apply.

UPI Payments:
You can pay using all major UPI apps including Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM UPI, and other UPI-supported applications.

Debit & Credit Cards:
We accept all major Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and other supported cards.

Net Banking:
Available for major Indian banks through secure payment gateways.

All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.

3. Order Processing & Cancellation

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped and tracking details are generated, cancellation will not be possible.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, weight, and delivery location. The final shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified amount.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand periods. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
